Choice Hotels Asia-Pac has unveiled its 2025 Hotels of the Year, celebrating outstanding properties that set the benchmark for modern hospitality. Together, the winners deliver consistently high-quality guest experiences, combining care, precision and commercial strength across both metropolitan and regional markets.
The annual awards honour hotels that have excelled over the past year by combining operational discipline with sustained business performance and strong guest advocacy. Collectively, the winners reflect the evolving expectations of today’s travellers, as well as the resilience and innovation shaping the Asia-Pacific accommodation sector.
The 2025 Choice Hotels Asia-Pac Hotels of the Year from Australia are:
- Ascend Collection Hotel – Ingot Hotel Perth, an Ascend Collection Hotel (Belmont, WA)
- Clarion – Clarion Suites Gateway (Melbourne, VIC)
- Quality – Quality Hotel Taylors Lakes (Taylors Lakes, VIC)
- Comfort – Comfort Inn Deakin Palms (Mildura, VIC)
- Econo Lodge – Econo Lodge Alabaster (Cowra, NSW)

The Hotels of the Year are determined using verified guest feedback, including ‘likelihood to recommend’ scores, alongside each hotel’s engagement with Choice Hotels Asia-Pac programs such as the Choice Privileges loyalty program and adherence to brand standards and values.

- India – Clarion Hotel Khayal (Kerala)

The winning properties will now progress to the global stage, joining nominees from around the world for the Choice Hotels International Best of Choice Awards, with finalists to be announced at the Choice Hotels 70th Annual Convention in May.
